Our founder's journey is built on a unique combination of financial expertise and real-world development experience. After building a career as a CPA with some of the world's leading accounting firms, he chose to leave corporate America to pursue his passion for real estate full-time.
Before founding CrestForge Homes, he launched a successful ADU design-and-build company in 2020. In just three years, the firm designed and built nearly 300 homes, earning a strong reputation for unlocking each property’s highest and best use, expertly navigating complex permitting processes, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality residences for owners and their communities. He sold the company in 2023 to focus full-time on acquiring and redeveloping residential investment properties.
Today, CrestForge Homes is built on that same foundation of disciplined financial analysis, strategic planning, construction knowledge, and hands-on execution.
